Installations are fully funded and insured and will be paid for 5% of homes in your area per California State mandate and Net Energy Metering Program. (See links below.)
There is $0 out of pocket (ever) to the home owners to be set up. They will save on their energy cost immediately by being allowed to pay less for power, using solar as a utility. Panels will assist in preventing loss during storms by protecting and insulating the roof. Solar Utility will relieve the strain off the power grid and help to reach clean energy mandates.
The Process
Consultation
When we meet, we’ll look at your energy needs, and see how much money you could save by going solar. We’ll answer all your questions and explain how solar works. No pressure, just help and savings.
Design
When we begin to plan your installation, we’ll check out your roof and take measurements for our solar design team. Then our design team will create a solar system perfect for your needs.
Permitting
One of our team will make sure that any and all of the permits and paperwork required by your city and local utility company are taken care of. We’ll take care of it so you don’t have to.
Installation
On installation day, we’ll arrive to prepare your roof and install your solar panels. Depending on your specific install, it could be one or more days. Once finished, we’ll teach you how to manage the system.
Activation
Before we can turn on your solar panels and connect to the grid, we’ll need to get final permission from your local utility company. Once we get ‘Permission to Operate’, we will connect your solar panels to the grid, turn them on and you’ll start generating clean energy and savings.
